We purchased the property for the main purpose as a holiday let. All efforts have been made to ensure that all your possible expectations are met whilst renting our holiday home. We hope that many pleasant and enjoyable holidays will be spent here in Merlimont.
The front patio doors lead immediately into the lounge/dining room, off which there are four doors which lead to the kitchen, bathroom/toilet, utility room and 3rd double bedroom respectively. There is also access from here out into the back garden. A wooden staircase leads up to a large mezzanine, off which are two double bedrooms. The house has gas central heating. During the winter however, the log fire will heat the entire house, the chimney heats the bathroom and upstairs through vents.
The lounge/dining room, the focal point of which is a large log-fire has marble flooring throughout. The comfortable 3-piece suite provides adequate seating in the living area and the large pine dining room table can be extended for extra comfort or for entertaining friends. There are occasional tables and a colour TV in the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, crockery etc. You can obtain a full list by referring to the inventory.
The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a bath, shower, bide and wash-hand basin. These rooms also have marble flooring and there are a couple of mats for your comfort.
All three bedrooms are comfortably furnished and carpeted throughout, a complete listing can be found in the inventory.
The utility room is home to a new washing machine and vacuum cleaner. This room also leads out into the garden.
Finally, both front and back gardens are enclosed therefore providing a safe play area for young children. The garden at the front offers a patio area, canopy and lighting. There is ample parking in the driveway for two cars and additional parking is available on the grass verge at the front of the property. The back garden offers complete seclusion. There is a patio area, canopy and lighting, not to mention a fantastic BBQ plus garden furniture for those warm summer evenings.
